Revision Policy
Our company knows customers need reviews to modify their orders, and by doing so, obtaining the best quality work they desire. Therefore, we will tell you how it works, hence the review policy.
One of the most frustrating challenges for many freelancers is dealing with repeated client requests for project revisions. We are ready to handle this kind of challenge regularly at International Business Gates, so don't worry. We have a dedicated team to handle this kind of recurring request.
Offering one or two free reviews, depending on the nature of the market and what works for the customer, will do two things. First, the client will realize that every other review cost extra money. Secondly, we will be more careful and focused on customers' requests.
If the project is large, more than two requests can be submitted for review to ensure customer satisfaction and that the project reaches the maximum degree of success and completion.
Mentioned below are the terms of review:
- Preliminary instructions must comply with final review instructions. Otherwise, the customer must pay 60% of the original service fee to modify the initial instructions.
- If the customer wishes to request a review, this must be done by email, through the personal account on our website, over the phone, or via WhatsApp. However, we always advise customers to send messages or emails for registration purposes.
- Free revisions per application are no more than ten days from the deadline in our system. If the customer requires further modifications after this time limit, an additional payment will be required.
- You do not have to wait until the end of the deadline to request a review if your work was submitted earlier.
- A dispute may be opened only after completing one review of urgent tasks with a short deadline (less than 48 hours) and after completing at least two studies of tasks with a deadline of more than three days.
- In each separate review request, the client is supposed to specify a deadline for the review. If no deadline is set, the client should expect to receive the amended application within 48 hours after receiving the review instruction.
- If the customer has unresolved disputes, he loses the right to free revisions.
- The review time must be adhered to so as not to add additional fees in case of delay. Terms and conditions are implemented to provide services of a distinctive nature to the customer.
